The Executive Board shall be composed of: (a) the Chair of the Authority; (b) five full-time members, including the Vice-Chair. Where the Executive Board carries out the tasks referred to in Article 64(4), points (a) to (l), a representative of the Commission shall be entitled to participate in the debates and shall only have access to the documents pertaining to those tasks.
