paragraph 1 is replaced by the following: ‘1. Where the conditions set out in Article 212(1) are met, cash on deposit with, or cash assimilated instruments held by, a third-party institution in a non-custodial arrangement and pledged to the lending institution, may be treated as a guarantee provided by the third-party institution.’ ;
