Article 116 is amended as follows: paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. Exposures to public sector entities for which a credit assessment by a nominated ECAI is available shall be treated in accordance with Article 115(-1).’ ; in paragraph 4, the following subparagraph is added: ‘EBA shall maintain a publicly available database of all public sector entities within the Union referred to in the first subparagraph.’ ;
