in paragraph 7, the first subparagraph is replaced by the following: ‘Where an institution has a subsidiary which is an undertaking other than an institution or a financial institution or holds a participation in such an undertaking, it shall apply the equity method to that subsidiary or participation. That method shall not, however, constitute inclusion of the undertakings concerned in supervision on a consolidated basis.’ ;
