where competent authorities referred to in Article 2(1), point (44)(c), of this Regulation participate in a partnership for information sharing, they shall only obtain, provide or exchange personal data and operational information in accordance with national law transposing Directive (EU) 2016/680 of the European Parliament and of the Council (44) and with the applicable provisions of national criminal procedural law, including prior judicial authorisation or any other national procedural safeguard as required;
