paragraph 10 is replaced by the following: ‘10. For the purposes of paragraphs 3 and 4, at the moment of importation, importers shall provide evidence of the country of origin of the diamonds or products incorporating diamonds used as inputs for the processing of the product in a third country. As of 1 March 2025, the traceability-based evidence for products listed in Part A of Annex XXXVIIIA shall include a corresponding certificate certifying that the diamonds are not mined, processed or produced in Russia.’ ;
