2. The Commission shall, in the delegated acts adopted pursuant to Article 4, specify any other data which, in addition to being included in the digital product passport, are to be stored in the registry, taking into account at least the following criteria: the need to allow for the verification of the authenticity of the digital product passport; the relevance of information for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of market surveillance checks and customs controls; the need to avoid a disproportionate administrative burden for economic operators and customs authorities.
