3. The Commission shall adopt implementing acts setting out the details and format for the disclosure of the information referred to in paragraph 1, including the delimitation of product types or categories and how such information is to be verified. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 73(3). The first such implementing act shall be adopted by 19 July 2025.
