Article 26

1. The measures under this Section shall only be adopted by the Commission when an internal market emergency mode has been activated and a list has been established by the Council pursuant to Article 18(4). 2. An implementing act introducing a measure under this Section shall clearly and specifically identify, from the crisis-relevant goods or crisis-relevant services, those to which such a measure applies. That measure shall apply only for the duration of the internal market emergency mode.
