Internal Market Emergency and Resilience Act

3. Before adopting an implementing act as referred to in paragraph 2, and taking into consideration the opinion of the Board, the Commission shall: assess the necessity and the proportionality of such an information request for the achievement of the objectives laid down in paragraph 1, point (b); and take due account of the administrative burden that such a request could entail for the economic operators concerned, in particular SMEs, and set the time limit for submitting the information accordingly.
