Internal Market Emergency and Resilience Act

Regulation (EU) 2024/2747 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 October 2024 establishing a framework of measures related to an internal market emergency and to the resilience of the internal market and amending Council Regulation (EC) No 2679/98 (Internal Market Emergency and Resilience Act) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

3. The Commission shall not share any information that it has received under this Regulation in a way that can lead to the identification of an individual economic operator where the sharing of the information would result in potential commercial or reputational damage to that economic operator or in the divulgence of trade secrets.
