the following paragraph is inserted: ‘1a. For the purposes of paragraph 1, second subparagraph, point (g), when setting out the various prospectus schedules, the following shall apply: (*6) Regulation (EU) 2023/2631 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 November 2023 on European Green Bonds and optional disclosures for bonds marketed as environmentally sustainable and for sustainability-linked bonds (OJ L, 2023/2631, 30.11.2023, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2023/2631/oj).’;" the prospectus for a European Green Bond as referred to in Article 1, point (a), of Regulation (EU) 2023/2631 of the European Parliament and of the Council (*6) shall incorporate by reference the relevant information contained in the European Green Bond factsheet as referred to in Article 10 of that Regulation; the prospectus for a bond marketed as environmentally sustainable or for a sustainability-linked bond, as referred to in Article 1, point (c), of that Regulation, shall include the relevant optional disclosures set out in that Regulation, provided that the issuer has opted in to those optional disclosures.
