Cyber Resilience Act
REGULATION (EU) 2024/2847 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 23 October 2024 on horizontal cybersecurity requirements for products with digital elements and amending Regulations (EU) No 168/2013 and (EU) No 2019/1020 and Directive (EU) 2020/1828 (Cyber Resilience Act) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. Member States shall, where appropriate, undertake the following actions, tailored to the needs of microenterprises and small enterprises: organise specific awareness-raising and training activities about the application of this Regulation; establish a dedicated channel for communication with microenterprises and small enterprises and, as appropriate, local public authorities to provide advice and respond to queries about the implementation of this Regulation; support testing and conformity assessment activities, including where relevant with the support of the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre.
