in paragraph 5, the third subparagraph is replaced by the following: ‘The agreement may also determine tasks to be entrusted to the CCP’s competent authority, ESMA or another member of the college. In the event of a disagreement between the co-chairs, the final decision shall be taken by the competent authority, who shall provide ESMA with a reasoned explanation of its decision.’;
