Section V is amended as follows: point (b) is replaced by the following: ; a Tier 2 CCP or its representatives provide incorrect or misleading answers to questions asked pursuant to point (c) of Article 25g(1);’ point (c) is replaced by the following: a Tier 2 CCP infringes point (e) of Article 25g(1) by not complying with ESMA’s request for records of telephone or data traffic;’.
