1. The manufacturer shall supply by electronic means a copy of the declaration of performance and conformity of each product which is made available on the market, unless the declaration is included in a digital product passport that fulfils the conditions set out in Article 76 and is available through the construction digital product passport system established in accordance with Article 75. However, where a batch of the same product is supplied to a single user, it may be accompanied by a single copy of the declaration of performance and conformity.
