Regulation (EU) 2024/3110 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2024 laying down harmonised rules for the marketing of construction products and repealing Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. Market surveillance authorities, product contact points for construction, designating authorities, TABs, notifying authorities, and notified bodies shall ensure that their staff: keep up-to-date in their area of competence and receive periodic additional training to that end; and receive periodically training on the harmonised interpretation and application of the rules laid down in or pursuant to this Regulation.
