Article 84

Regulation (EU) 2024/3110 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2024 laying down harmonised rules for the marketing of construction products and repealing Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Upon a duly substantiated request of a Member State or on its own initiative, the Commission may adopt implementing acts, determining whether or not a specific item, or category of items is a product within the meaning of this Regulation. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 90(3).
