Directive (EU) 2025/1 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2024 establishing a framework for the recovery and resolution of insurance and reinsurance undertakings and amending Directives 2002/47/EC, 2004/25/EC, 2007/36/EC, 2014/59/EU and (EU) 2017/1132 and Regulations (EU) No 1094/2010, (EU) No 648/2012, (EU) No 806/2014 and (EU) 2017/1129 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. Member States shall ensure that ultimate parent undertakings submit to the group-level resolution authority the information that may be required under Article 12. That information shall concern the ultimate parent undertaking and to the extent required each of the group entities including the entities referred to in Article 1(1), points (b) to (e). The group-level resolution authority shall, provided that the confidentiality requirements laid down in this Directive are complied with, transmit the relevant information provided in accordance with this paragraph to: EIOPA; the resolution authorities which are members of the resolution college; the relevant supervisory authorities which are members of or participate in the college of supervisors as referred to in Article 248(3) of Directive 2009/138/EC.
