‘group resolution’ means either of the following: the taking of resolution action at the level of a parent undertaking or of an insurance or reinsurance undertaking subject to group supervision, or the coordination of the application of the resolution tools and the exercise of the resolution powers by resolution authorities in relation to group entities;
