2. The information to be notified pursuant to paragraph 1 shall be the following: the decision determining that the insurance or reinsurance undertaking is failing or likely to fail; the decision that the entity referred to in Article 1(1), points (a) to (e), meets the conditions for resolution laid down in Article 19(1) or Article 20(3); the resolution actions or insolvency measures that the resolution authority considers to be appropriate for the entity referred to in Article 1(1), points (a) to (e).
