Article 9a is replaced by the following: ‘Article 9a Directive 2008/48/EC, Directive 2014/59/EU, Regulation (EU) 2021/23 and Directive (EU) 2025/1 This Directive is without prejudice to Directive 2008/48/EC, Directive 2014/59/EU, Regulation (EU) 2021/23 and Directive (EU) 2025/1.’
