in Article 14, the following paragraph is added: ‘3. Where the institution or entity or group is or is part of a financial conglomerate, the resolution authority or the group-level resolution authority shall also transmit the resolution plans or group resolution plans to the insurance resolution authority and the insurance supervisory authority concerned.’ ;
