in Article 88, the following paragraph is inserted: ‘3a. Where the institution or entity or group is or is part of a financial conglomerate, the insurance resolution authorities concerned shall be invited to participate in the resolution college as observers, provided that those authorities are subject to confidentiality requirements equivalent, in the opinion of the group-level resolution authority, to those established by Article 90.’.
