Annex III to Directive 2009/138/EC is amended as follows: in section A (Forms of non-life insurance undertaking), point (27) is deleted; in section B (Forms of life insurance undertaking), point (27) is deleted; in section C (Forms of reinsurance undertaking), point (27) is deleted.
