the elements to be covered in the plans to be prepared in accordance with paragraphs 2b and 2e of this Article, which shall include specific timelines and intermediate quantifiable targets and milestones, in order to monitor and address the financial risks arising from sustainability factors, as well as the interlinkages with the requirements laid down in Articles 45 and 45a;
