“parent undertaking” means a parent undertaking as referred to in Article 22(1) and (2) of Directive 2013/34/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council (*2), or an undertaking which supervisory authorities consider as parent undertaking in accordance with Article 212(2) or Article 214(5) or (6) of this Directive;
