Article 13f is amended as follows: the following point is added: ; rules referred to in Article 15 on the filing of changes to the documents and information in the registers referred to in Article 16 and on keeping those documents and information up to date.’ the following paragraph is added: ‘Member States shall ensure that the information referred to in the first paragraph includes, mutatis mutandis, information also in relation to companies listed in Annex IIB.’ ;
