Article 14 is amended as follows: the heading of Article 14 is replaced by the following: ‘ Documents and information to be disclosed by limited liability companies’ ; the following point is added: ; the object of the company, describing its main activity or activities, which can be expressed using the relevant Statistical Classification of Economic Activities in the European Community (NACE) code, where such code is used for the purposes of the register pursuant to applicable national law, and where the object is recorded in the national register.’
