Article 17 is amended as follows: paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. Member States shall provide the information required for publication on the portal in accordance with the portal’s rules and technical requirements.’ ; the following paragraph is added: ‘4. This Article shall also apply to the information on partnerships referred to in Article 14a.’ ;
