Article 28 is replaced by the following: ‘Article 28 Penalties Member States shall provide for effective, proportionate and dissuasive penalties at least in the case of: Member States shall take all the measures necessary to ensure that the penalties referred to in the first paragraph are enforced.’ ; a failure to disclose the documents and information as required by Articles 14 and 14a; a failure to file changes within the period laid down in Article 15(2), point (a); an omission from commercial documents or from any company website of the compulsory information provided for in Article 26.
