Recital 57

(57) In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of Directive 2008/98/EC, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission concerning a harmonised format for registration in the register of producers of textile, textile-related or footwear products and fee modulation criteria for extended producer responsibility for textiles and a correction factor to account for the increase or decrease in tourism in relation to the reference period regarding the food waste reduction target set out in this Directive for the retail and other distribution of food, for restaurants and food services and for households. Those powers should be exercised in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council (18).
