6. The manufacturer shall use the template in paper and electronic formats for the certificate of conformity adopted by the Commission by means of implementing acts referred to in paragraph 7. All data exchange in accordance with this Article shall be performed by means of secure data exchange protocols specified in implementing acts referred to in paragraph 8.
