Regulation (EU) 2025/14 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 December 2024 on the approval and market surveillance of non-road mobile machinery circulating on public roads and amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. The application referred to in Article 18 may be submitted in respect of a type of non-road mobile machinery that incorporates new technologies or new concepts which are incompatible with the applicable technical requirements.
