‘variant’ means non-road mobile machinery of the same type which does not differ in at least the following aspects, where applicable: body structural concept or type of body work, stage of completion, propulsion system (internal combustion engine, hybrid, electric, hybrid-electric or other), operating principle, powered axles (number, position, interconnection), transmission (type), protective structures, braked axles (number);
