Regulation (EU) 2025/14 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 December 2024 on the approval and market surveillance of non-road mobile machinery circulating on public roads and amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. The Forum for Exchange of Information on Enforcement (‘the Forum’) established by the Commission in accordance with Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2018/858 shall consider: matters related to the uniform interpretation of the requirements laid down in this Regulation; the results of the activities relating to type-approval and market surveillance; matters of general relevance with regard to the implementation of the requirements laid down in this Regulation in relation to the assessment, designation and monitoring of technical services; infringements by economic operators; implementation of the corrective or restrictive measures laid down in Chapter X; the planning, coordination and results of market surveillance activities.
