Regulation (EU) 2025/14 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 December 2024 on the approval and market surveillance of non-road mobile machinery circulating on public roads and amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

3. By 29 January 2032, Member States shall inform the Commission of the following: the application of the type-approval and market surveillance procedures laid down in this Regulation; the number of EU type-approvals and EU individual approvals granted pursuant to this Regulation; the national requirements for national small series type-approval, national individual approval and national type-approval, and the number of such approvals granted since 28 January 2025.
