Member States shall submit the following data to the Commission for each calendar year: (a) the quantity of packaging made available for the first time on the territory of that Member State, or unpacked by a producer without being an end user, for each packaging category as listed in Table 3 of Annex XII; (b) the quantity of collected packaging waste for each packaging material as referred to in Article 52; (c) the quantity of recycled packaging waste and recycling rates for each packaging category as listed in Table 3 of Annex XII.
