the following points are added: Shrink wrap that is used in airports or train stations for the protection of luggage during transport; Chips of polystyrene and other plastics that are used to protect packed goods during transport and handling; Multi-pack plastic rings used as grouped packaging as defined in Article 3(1), point 6, of Regulation (EU) 2025/40.’.
