Regulation (EU) 2025/327 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2025 on the European Health Data Space and amending Directive 2011/24/EU and Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. The following categories of health data holders shall be exempt from the obligations on health data holders laid down in this Chapter: natural persons, including individual researchers; legal persons that qualify as microenterprises as defined in Article 2(3) of the Annex to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC.
