X.B.IX.001 | Specific processing equipment, other than those specified in the CML or in Regulation (EU) 2021/821, as follows (see List of Items Controlled): a. Electrolytic cells for fluorine production, other than those specified in the CML or in Regulation (EU) 2021/821; b. Particle accelerators; c. Industrial process control hardware/systems designed for power industries, other than those specified in the CML or in Regulation (EU) 2021/821; d. Freon and chilled water cooling systems capable of continuous cooling duties of 29,3 kW/hr or greater; or e. Equipment for the production of structural composites, fibres, prepregs and preforms.
