in Article 3m(8), the following subparagraph is added: ‘As of 25 February 2025, by way of derogation from the prohibitions referred to in the third subparagraph, the competent authorities of Slovakia and Hungary may authorise, under such conditions as they deem appropriate, the sale, supply, transfer or export from Slovakia to Hungary or from Hungary to Slovakia of certain petroleum products as listed in Annex XXXI which are obtained from crude oil imported under paragraph 3, point (d), after having determined that the products are intended for exclusive use in those two Member States.’;
