in Article 3r, the following paragraph is inserted: ‘9a. The prohibitions in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not apply to reloading services for the purposes of transshipment operations of liquified natural gas falling under CN code 2711 11 00, originating in Russia or exported from Russia, if such reloading is necessary for its transport between ports of the same Member State, including from the mainland of a Member State to its outermost regions.’ ;
