the following paragraph is inserted: ‘3a. The prohibitions in paragraph 1a shall not apply to the sale, supply, transfer, export or provision of software that is necessary for the execution until 26 May 2025 of contracts concluded before 25 February 2025, or of ancillary contracts necessary for the execution of such contracts.’ ;
