Ltd. | 9 August 2025 Part B – list of credit and financial institutions and entities providing crypto assets services established outside of the Union that support Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine Part C – list of legal persons, entities or bodies established outside of the Union that are significantly frustrating the purpose of the prohibitions set out in Articles 3m, 3n and 3s of this Regulation’.
