Article 7a is amended as follows: point (a) is replaced by the following: ; Annex XXVIII in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 3n(11) to update the price for crude oil;’ the following point is inserted: ; Annex XXVIII in accordance with the Decisions of the Council amending Decision 2014/512/CFSP to update the prices for petroleum products agreed by the Price Cap Coalition; and’
