in Article 5aa, the following paragraph is inserted: ‘2f. The prohibition in paragraph 1 shall not apply with regard to entities established in the Union and acting on behalf of or at the direction of entities referred to in paragraph 1, point (a) or (b), provided that: ; competent authorities have imposed a public trusteeship or similar public firewall measure on such an entity, or; a similar firewall measure is authorised by competent authorities in order to ensure their continued functioning and compliance with restrictive measures.’
