Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1496 of 12 June 2025 amending Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the date of application of the own funds requirements for market risk · European Union

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This Regulation shall apply from 1 January 2026.
