the number of depositors at its affiliated credit institutions exercising the freedom to provide services as referred to in Title V, Chapter 3, of Directive 2013/36/EU where these depositors make use of these services in that host Member State, the total amount of covered deposits of those depositors and any relevant changes thereto.’
