paragraph 3 is replaced by the following: ‘3. By way of derogation from paragraph 1, Member States shall allow DGSs to apply a longer period for repayment of: That longer period shall not exceed 20 working days from the date on which those DGSs receive the complete information or documentation they have requested in order to examine the claims and to verify that the conditions for repayment are met.’ ; the deposits referred to in Article 6(2) exceeding the amount defined in Article 6(1); and the deposits referred to in Article 7(3) and Article 8b where the person who is absolutely entitled to those deposits has not been identified when those deposits become unavailable.
